Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 16 September, 2026: Flying Bisons, a strategic design and implementation firm working with governments, banks and global brands across Europe, the Middle East and the United States, has deepened its presence in Saudi Arabia with a Riyadh office and a fully localized operating setup. The move formalizes a position the company has been building since 2023 and makes the Kingdom its most important growth market.

Saudi Arabia's digital agenda is among the most ambitious in the world. Under Vision 2030, the Kingdom is consolidating public services onto national platforms, with the Digital Government Authority setting the standards those platforms must meet. Services at that scale need design partners who can work in Arabic and English, meet national-platform requirements, and stay with a product long after launch.

Flying Bisons' relationship with the region began in 2017, with a digital transformation strategy engagement for ZAIN. The company entered the Saudi market formally in March 2023, through its first contract with a Saudi semi-governmental client. That engagement quickly became its main focus and the core of its growth strategy, developing into a long-term relationship spanning design system maintenance, customer experience, research, content and analytics.

The wider portfolio spans energy, government, education, retail, banking, mobile and healthcare, with clients including Saudi Aramco, multiple government ministries, Tatweer Educational Technologies, Extra Electronics, Salam and Alinma Bank, alongside work across the GCC.

Flying Bisons works across the full lifecycle of a digital product, covering UX research, digital strategy, product design, branding and creative, copywriting and UX writing, development, data analytics and product management. Engagements in the Kingdom take both forms: defined projects with a fixed scope, and continuous work orders and maintenance retainers that let the company support a product over extended periods rather than handing it over at launch.

Globally, the company has delivered more than 400 projects for over 300 clients since 2016.

Commenting on the expansion, Kamil Tatol, CEO of Flying Bisons, said:

"We do our best work where the stakes are high and the scale is large. We have spent more than a decade driving digital transformation on the most demanding projects in Europe, and we are proud to bring that experience to Saudi partners and companies across the GCC. That is what this market asks for, which is why we committed to it properly instead of treating it as an export opportunity."

At LEAP 2026, Flying Bisons signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Takamol Ventures. Kamil Tatol, CEO, and Łukasz Kowalski, Founder & CPO, both travelled to the Kingdom for the ceremony.

The MoU establishes a renewable framework covering digital transformation, human capital digital solutions, and strategic design and implementation.

Its teams work to Arabic-language requirements and Digital Government Authority standards, with dedicated capabilities in Arabic research and content. That focus also underpins Public Platforms, the company's own research initiative benchmarking customer experience across e-government platforms worldwide.

Flying Bisons is among the first European firms in its sector to establish a permanent presence in the Kingdom. Supported throughout by the Polish and Saudi ambassadors, it has become a reference point for others weighing the same move.

Adding to this, Łukasz Kowalski, Founder and Chief Project Officer of Flying Bisons, said:

"Strategic design means getting to the heart of the business, its customers and its ambitions, then pushing the vision all the way through to something that ships. On a national platform, that is what separates a service which works for millions of people from one which does not."

As the Kingdom scales its national platforms, Flying Bisons is positioned to support government entities, banks and enterprises across the full lifecycle of a digital product, from strategy through to long-term operation.
